IMPEA has recently obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, which attests to the company’s concrete commitment to promoting gender equality within its organization.
An important recognition that consolidates the company’s desire to guarantee equal opportunities, fair treatment and inclusive work environments for all its people.
Financing
The project was co-financed by the European Union for a total amount of 5,615.04 euros, as part of the Regional Program co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, and provided for the implementation of various structured activities.
Among the most significant initiatives, the establishment of an internal steering committee, with the task of promoting the culture of equality, implementing prevention, information and awareness-raising paths, and monitoring any situations of risk or imbalance.

The certification represents a strategic step within the company policies and welfare projects put in place by IMPEA: enhancing human capital and creating a fairer and more motivating work environment are key elements to support sustainable, innovative growth oriented towards collective well-being.
