At IMPEA, the company’s strength begins with its people. Today, our team brings together colleagues from Morocco, Tunisia, Sudan, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Romania, North Macedonia, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and Brazil.
Thirteen nationalities in total, including Italian: people with different languages, backgrounds and cultures who work side by side every day, helping us maintain the high standards of quality and reliability that define our solutions.
From our roots to ongoing change
Just over a decade ago, most of our hires came from the local areas of Piadena and Cremona. Over time, we opened our doors to new skills and new energy: talented, motivated individuals who chose to build their professional journey here in our territory.
