<strong>Sustainability Report<\/strong>, prepared in accordance with the international <strong>GRI (Global Reporting Initiative)<\/strong> Standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A voluntary report that uses data, indicators and tangible results to provide a clear picture of the company\u2019s ongoing improvement across environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, reaffirming our commitment to integrating sustainability into our everyday decisions and activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong><strong>Our approach to doing business<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sustainability Report is a tool for transparency and dialogue with all our stakeholders, as well as an opportunity to measure the progress we have made and identify new areas for improvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 2025 edition reviews the main activities carried out over the past year, providing a comprehensive overview of IMPEA\u2019s development from an economic, environmental and social perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Key achievements in 2025<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report highlights the company\u2019s main achievements, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">initiatives focused on our people, including more than <strong>1,799 hours of training<\/strong>, a team representing <strong>13 nationalities<\/strong>, and an organisation increasingly focused on safety, inclusion and professional development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">the results achieved in environmental sustainability, stakeholder engagement and our progress towards alignment with the <strong>UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)<\/strong> of the 2030 Agenda;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and the development of the related indicators;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">the achievement of <strong>ISO 50001 certification<\/strong>, the renewal of <strong>UNI\/PdR 125 gender equality certification<\/strong>, and the improvement of our <strong>EcoVadis rating<\/strong>, which rose to <strong>76\/100<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">investments in technology, digitalisation, energy efficiency and innovation across our production processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A journey that continues<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For IMPEA, sustainability is neither a parallel project nor a one-off objective to be achieved, but a way of managing the company, making decisions and creating long-term value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each new edition of the Sustainability Report is therefore not only an opportunity to report on our progress, but also a tool for analysis and growth, helping us consolidate what we have built and define our
