This year once again, IMPEA celebrated its anniversary with the traditional gathering at Antica Trattoria Gianna in Recorfano, an event that has brought together management and employees for many years to mark another important company milestone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As always, the evening took place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, with good food, music and the pleasure of spending time together outside the workplace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is an opportunity to celebrate as one team, strengthen team spirit and reinforce the sense of belonging that has always been a defining part of IMPEA’s corporate culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the evening, IMPEA also presented its traditional awards to employees who have reached 25 years of service with the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For 2026, the recognition was awarded to Singh Harbhajan, from the Press Department, and Luca Sielo, Welding Department Manager, in acknowledgement of the professionalism, dedication and commitment they have demonstrated throughout a quarter of a century with the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sixty-three years is an important milestone, but also an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far and look ahead to the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Every year,” says Emiliano Bosisio, President of IMPEA, “this celebration reminds us where we come from and, above all, who we are. Technology, investment and innovation are essential to the company’s growth, but IMPEA’s greatest asset is its people, who bring expertise, responsibility and passion to their work every single day.
