We are proud to present our second Sustainability Report, referring to the year 2024 and prepared in accordance with the GRI – Global Reporting Initiative standards.
A voluntary document, edited with methodological rigor and supported by the contribution of all the main company functions and external consultants, which consolidates our reporting path, underlining the values of transparency, responsibility and continuous improvement that guide all our choices.
The strengths of the 2024 Annual Report
- Governance and organisational models: adoption of Model 231 and activation of an independent Supervisory Body; renewal of the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 management systems.
- Environmental performance: further reduction of the energy footprint and strengthening of the circular economy; strengthening of water monitoring and emissions into the atmosphere.
- Investments in innovation: third robotic island for welding, new hydraulic bending machine, digital maturity audit with a score higher than the regional average.
- EcoVadis results: improvement from 62/100 to 73/100, with confirmation of the silver medal and excellent result in the “Environment” section.
- Stakeholder involvement: double-relevance analysis, structured listening and participation of employees, suppliers, customers and institutions to define ESG priorities.
