We are proud to announce that Impea has officially adopted the Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Model 231 (MOG 231) is a system of rules, procedures and controls that aims to prevent the risk of committing crimes within the company and to promote a culture of legality and transparency: a tool that constitutes a guide for all our activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and ethical responsibility.
For the company, it allows to reduce the risk of administrative liability, protecting the company’s assets and reputation and increasing stakeholder trust.
With regard to people, it guarantees greater safety in the workplace (thanks to clearer and more shared procedures) and an enhancement of the contribution of each worker, within a regulated and transparent context.
For us, this is an important innovation in terms of ESG, particularly in the area of governance, which aims to strengthen our corporate culture and build a solid future of integrity and innovation.
