Manual welding

Manual sheet metal welding: industrial efficiency, craftsmanship care
Designed according to lean manufacturing logic, our manual sheet metal welding department is spread over an area of 5 thousand square meters, with 25 specialized operators certified by the Italian Institute of Welding according to the UNI EN ISO 9606-1:2017 standard.
This is where the semi-finished components from stamping, bending, 2D laser cutting, and 3D laser cutting come in, to be assembled manually and completed according to your requests.
Types of manual welding
Versatile technique, which adapts well to high production volumes while ensuring good flexibility. An economical, fast and extremely effective method, ideal for precision welding of various types of metals.
Among the most common techniques, TIG welding allows you to obtain very high results in terms of joint quality and precision of details. Given its difficulty, it must be entrusted exclusively to highly specialized operators.
Our manufacturing processes
Tuck welding
For joining components that will be subjected to light mechanical loads or when continuous welding is not desired for aesthetic reasons.
Sheet metal welding
Continuous wire or TIG welding, to join together elements of the same material or different materials, for components subjected to higher loads and stresses.
Finish
To remove welding burrs using grinders and buffer machines, so as to make the piece aesthetically perfect and ready for painting.
