After being cut and shaped in the 2D laser cutting department, the pieces arrive at the bending, where the bends are made according to the specifications of your project with angles of different sizes.
4 sheet metal bending stations with a working range from 2 to 4 meters and a power capacity of up to 200 tons, two of which are interconnected for Industry 4.0 integration.
An extremely versatile and highly efficient department, managed by 3 specialized operators with long experience in the sheet metal bending process and equipped with a dedicated warehouse to make every operation faster and safer.
Digital security
We periodically back up all the settings of the press brakes, so as to always have all your data available and avoid any production stoppages in case of machine problems.
Performance 4.0
The software installed on our electric presses provides a complete simulation of the process, indicating which blades and slots to use, how to position the part and offering a detailed and real-time overview of the entire production.
