Assembly: our excellent custom service
The assembly department is where the components we make for you take on their final appearance: all the finished and painted parts arrive here to be assembled with the necessary components and accessories.
Each operation is carried out manually by our specialized operators, who are responsible for installing grilles, lights and electrical parts, sound-absorbing panels, locks, handles, gaskets, locking chains and even adhesive decorations.
We are able to offer a kanban logistics service and, if necessary, machine kits shared with the customer
Final check
Before being shipped, each piece is carefully checked – under a specific lighting system that facilitates the operator – to verify that the painting has been carried out according to the required criteria and eliminate any imperfections.
Ready-to-use kit
The components of the same supply are brought together in the same custom-made case designed and manufactured internally, which constitutes the complete kit ready to be delivered and placed directly on your production lines.
Purchase and storage of accessories
We also take care of the research, purchase and storage of all the components necessary to complete the painted parts on your behalf, saving you precious time and resources.
