New blank holder installed on 1000 t press
To improve the drawing process of particularly delicate products, we have equipped our 1000-ton hydraulic press with a new blank holder.
Through four independent bearings, the blank holder will allow the pressure to be adjusted on each of the corners of the sheet metal, so as to obtain compliant pieces without wrinkles or imperfections.
The system solves the problem of material oscillations at the root, acting on the most critical points of the drawing. A small element incorporated into the machine, invisible from the outside, but whose benefits definitely jump out at you.
With this implementation it is possible to achieve a higher quality result on each piece, eliminate inconveniences and make the press more versatile and easily adaptable to different processes.
