First Toyota Academy meeting at IMPEA
Our experience in Toyota Academy began, a course of several weeks aimed at enhancing the company’s resources, experiences and technologies, analyzing procedures and learning new best practices, with the aim of eliminating critical issues, waste and becoming even more efficient and competitive.
The team present at the meeting on 1 June was composed of Marta Bosisio (HR), Francesco Bosisio (DG), Pietro Mainardi (Quality), Marcello Aliatis and Pietro Vacchelli (Technical Office), Massimo Rampini (Production), Fabio Rossi and Luca Pesatori (Programming).
With the guidance of Toyota engineer Paolo Cuomo, we have made an overview of the entire production process of a family of products, identifying the possible points of intervention, so that everyone can understand what to do to make their contribution in their specific area.
It was only the first of a series of appointments that will allow us to deepen the themes of the Toyota Production System, learning to put into practice lean methodologies capable of accelerating the growth of the company, in terms of efficiency and turnover.
