International Women’s Day: the memory of the founder
We want to celebrate this March 8 by remembering a woman who is very important to us: Maria Maietti.
Alongside Pietro Bosisio since the foundation of Impea, in 1963, after the premature death of her husband, she took the reins of the company, consolidating it and allowing it to grow and become what it is today.
It was his intuition to open up to other sectors, moving from luxury cars to agricultural and earthmoving vehicles, therefore from a few large customers to many smaller ones.
Her story is that of a strong woman, capable of facing any situation with pulse but at the same time with great sensitivity and humanity.
The story of an entrepreneur in Italy in the seventies, a woman, alone, in the midst of a world of men. A model for today’s and future generations.
