UNI/PDR 125:2022 (or “Gender Equality Certification”) is a nationally recognized reference practice, developed to promote gender equality within organizations, constantly monitoring and improving company policies in order to ensure fair treatment for all employees in areas such as remuneration, professional growth, access to opportunities and job management.
The certification process was completed in a shorter time than expected, thanks to the pre-existing compliance with the procedures required by practice.
