Two new important assessments passed in October: the verification aimed at the prevention of environmental crimes and the renewal procedure for the ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (health and safety) certifications.
Recognizing the compliance of our systems, ICIM has also provided us with a number of practical recommendations to further optimize controls and processes. The operational plan has already been defined to translate these suggestions into measurable interventions in the coming months, with the aim of increasing efficiency and oversight of environmental and safety risks.
Added value for processes and people
More than a formal recognition, it is a certificate of the solidity of our operating practices and of IMPEA’s ability to maintain high standards over time: the confirmation that production quality can and must go hand in hand with the protection of the environment and the safety of our employees.
A special recognition to those who prepared the dossiers, to the head of the integrated system Pietro Mainardi and to the members of the Supervisory Body: this result pushes us to further raise the bar, continuing with commitment and confidence on our path of improvement.
