New 2D laser installed in production
The new 2D laser has recently been installed that will flank the traditional station.
It is a Prima Power machine with a fiber source, power of 6 kW and a working range of 3150 x 1600 mm, implemented with a robotic pallet station – in practice an automatic warehouse for material handling, capable of loading and unloading on six different locations.
A fast, precise, versatile and perfectly integrated model from a 4.0 perspective, which will allow us to significantly improve production both from a quantitative point of view and from the quality of the finishes, to offer a service that is always at the highest levels for every type of processing.
2D cutting is the first of the production phases, where the shapes of what will later become doors, bonnets, fairings and other components are obtained from sheet metal.
Right now, our employees are engaged in an intensive course to learn how to operate the machine and learn how to manage the entire process in the best possible way, to the benefit of the productivity of the department and the entire company.
