IMPEA takes the chair at Università Cattolica
Last Friday we were invited to the Cremona campus of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore to participate in the Management and Organization Laboratory together with a group of third-year economics students, under the supervision of Prof. Daniele Ghezzi.
After presenting the company and describing our activities in detail, we assigned the students the task of identifying new lines of development to increase production and improve performance as an exercise.
“We wanted to offer the students the opportunity to put into practice what they learned during the course – said our General Manager Francesco Bosisio – to test their skills applied to a real context. For us it was the first experience of this kind and I must say that we were pleasantly surprised. In just over an hour, the groups have shown great competence and intuition, developing decidedly interesting proposals, with fresh, solid and innovative ideas”.
