Quality control with MES

About 10 days ago we decided to implement quality control through the MES, integrating some useful information for operators relating to the items to be produced into the terminals of the production department.

For each production order, the system automatically searches the company’s history, sending alerts in the event of production non-conformities found in the last 12 months.

In this way, the operator does not have to search the quality archive every time to look for any problems on the item code he is about to produce or on the codes in the bill of materials: all the information is made available on the screen in an automatic, immediate and detailed way.

A solution that allows every operation to be faster and safer, supporting staff and helping them to reduce inconveniences more and more, thus making the production process virtually error-proof.
