The new robotic welding island is operational
The new robotic island in the welding department is operational. This is the third, which joins the two already active (the last installed in 2022) significantly expanding our production capacity.
We still chose a Daihen OTC machine, but a larger model than the others, so as to be able to satisfy special requests on larger pieces.
Same brand, improved technology: even faster, more performing and sustainable, with energy consumption reduced to a minimum.
The new workstation will naturally be connected to the company’s information systems, to allow constant monitoring and easy control by operators.
For us, this is yet another important investment to make our processes even faster, safer and more efficient. Another step forward in terms of innovation and productivity improvement.
