For the third consecutive year, we are proud to present our Sustainability Report, prepared in accordance with the international GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) Standards.
A voluntary report that uses data, indicators and tangible results to provide a clear picture of the company’s ongoing improvement across environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters, reaffirming our commitment to integrating sustainability into our everyday decisions and activities.
Our approach to doing business
The Sustainability Report is a tool for transparency and dialogue with all our stakeholders, as well as an opportunity to measure the progress we have made and identify new areas for improvement.
The 2025 edition reviews the main activities carried out over the past year, providing a comprehensive overview of IMPEA’s development from an economic, environmental and social perspective.
Key achievements in 2025
The report highlights the company’s main achievements, including:
- initiatives focused on our people, including more than 1,799 hours of training, a team representing 13 nationalities, and an organisation increasingly focused on safety, inclusion and professional development.
- the results achieved in environmental sustainability, stakeholder engagement and our progress towards alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda;
- our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and the development of the related indicators;
- the achievement of ISO 50001 certification, the renewal of UNI/PdR 125 gender equality certification, and the improvement of our EcoVadis rating, which rose to 76/100;
- investments in technology, digitalisation, energy efficiency and innovation across our production processes.
A journey that continues
For IMPEA, sustainability is neither a parallel project nor a one-off objective to be achieved, but a way of managing the company, making decisions and creating long-term value.
Each new edition of the Sustainability Report is therefore not only an opportunity to report on our progress, but also a tool for analysis and growth, helping us consolidate what we have built and define our priorities for the future.
