The Employee Handbook is now available to all workers, a handbook designed as a practical tool, with the aim of making it easier for new hires to enter the company and to provide everyone with clear, immediate and reliable operational information.

Why we did it
The initiative once again testifies to IMPEA’s continuous commitment to transparency and improvement of working conditions, with a twofold objective: to provide employees with concrete tools to work safely and clearly and to strengthen a corporate culture based on responsibility, inclusion and quality.
Another step towards certification for gender equality
The new handbook will be included in the documentation that we will present during the next audit for gender equality certification. A choice that underlines the desire to put into practice (as well as declare) principles of equity and equal opportunities.
