Phases
The starting point of every new supply is not the factory, but the office, where we carefully examine the 3D files to assess the technical feasibility of your project based on our experience and your production needs.
We identify any critical issues, offering you a range of possible solutions that can reduce production times and costs, saving you money and also improving the characteristics of the product.
Once defined and approved by you, the project passes to the research and development department. Here we create a first prototype of each component, so that we can evaluate the result and the effectiveness of any changes in detail with you.
After making the various necessary equipment (such as molds and welding masks), the sampling of the pieces begins, which, once they have passed the strict controls of our quality department, reach you to allow you to directly verify every aspect and to be able to give the go-ahead for mass production.
