Sheet metal stamping

Sheet metal stamping: large numbers and excellent performance
Stamping is the second phase of the sheet metal processing process, immediately following the first cutting of the sheets which takes place by 2D laser cutting or shears.
Structured for large-scale production, with the possibility of better managing even smaller volumes, the department has a total of 13 hydraulic and mechanical presses, with power between 50 and 1200 tons.
Thanks to the reliability of our technology and the decades of experience of our staff, we produce for you high-quality cold stampings for any construction part, even complex-shaped components.
Types of processing
It is a cold deformation process that, starting from a flat sheet and through the use of molds, allows you to obtain deep three-dimensional elements of various shapes without particular alterations in the thickness of the sheet metal.
The sheet metal is permanently deformed by pressing a punch on a die, which flexes the metal according to the required bending angle, creating simple or complex bends.
The sheet metal is processed to create holes of different shapes and sizes, asymmetrical and irregular shapes or different starting formats that will form the basis for subsequent processing.

Benefits
- The safety of a complete and versatile machine park, to directly carry out the processes you need, whatever the type and format
- Ability to promptly manage urgencies and production peaks
- Machinery suitable for different deep-drawing depths and part sizes, organized to meet any production volume
- Valuable support in the choice of materials and processes
High tonnage presses
4 hydraulic presses with power between 600 and 1200 tons – for drawing and bending sheet metal – and 1 mechanical press with four columns of 400 tons for blanking.
Medium and low tonnage presses
8 swan-neck presses with power between 50 and 300 tons, with which we produce parts such as mudguards and grids (starting directly from the blanking and without going through 2D laser cutting, thus speeding up production).
Digital security
Your order data is safe, thanks to the periodic backup of all press settings, so as to avoid production stoppages in the event of inconveniences on the machine.
